C,C++: Event-driven communication in embedded systems

Mathias is born and raised in Belgium. He studied electronics and ICT engineering at Ghent University. The foundation of his programming skills was built during his time at Televic Conference where he helped implementing conference systems that are used by major organizations such as the NATO and the European Parliament. In 2016 he moved to Shanghai, China and became the software team lead for Televic Asia Healthcare. He redesigned the complete nurse call system including all embedded devices and the server software. Since 2019, Mathias is the R&D manager of the development office in Plovdiv, responsible for development teams active in 2 different industries. Programming is his hobby. Most of his spare time he spends in the mountains or programming for some of his personal projects.
