We are looking for: B2B Business Development Specialist (Junior level)

Would you like to communicate with people who are engaged with developing the IT sector in Bulgaria? Would you like to be part of DEV.BG sales team?

DEV.BG is leading job board for IT and one of the biggest tech societies in Bulgaria. We reach about 100 000 people monthly. We work with more than 1300 IT companies. Every year we organize more than 180 events, publish more than 250 articles and produce 24 podcast episodes.

We use our superpower for meaningful causes: We believe that it makes sense to accelerate the most perspective sector in Bulgaria.

We’re currently opening a new position in our sales team – B2B Business Development Specialist (Junior level).

The Role:

The main focus of the position will be direct work with DEV.BG business clients – conduct comprehensive communication, consulting clients regarding our services, due research, selling and upselling. Our small sales team has exceptional business ethics and personal approach to every one of our clients.

The B2B Business Development Specialist role is essential in servicing current clients and identifying opportunities for business growth as well as establish strong networks with industry specialists.

Main Responsibilities:

• Due research and identify potential business opportunities
• Communication with DEV.BG business clients and aftersales activities;
• Consulting clients regarding our services in a professional manner;
• Selling and upselling to current and new clients;
• Onboarding new clients;

Main Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales;
• Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term partnerships with professionals on different levels;
• Initiative and responsibility;
• Negotiation and networking skills;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Analytical and research skills;
• Understanding the IT sector is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
