Mission of the Role: To support the Local IT tasks daily.
Key Objectives of this Role:
Second-level user support – troubleshooting software and hardware;
New employee provisioning and assistance;
Installing, configuring, and repairing end-user computers and equipment;
Managing computer assets, documentation and maintaining CMDB inventory.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or student in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field;
Operating systems – Microsoft Windows, Linux (optional);
Application software installation and troubleshooting;
Ability to understand, analyze and resolve user’s problems;
Ability to understand, analyze and resolve computer hardware and software problems;
Good MS office skills (Excel, Word, etc.);
Very Good communication skills;
Self-motivated, with ability to improve technical solutions and processes;
Advanced English language is required.
