Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing deviations, risks, and issues.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and ensure proper documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Implement quality assurance measures, overseeing testing and validation of project deliverables.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with external vendors and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Lead post-project reviews, analysing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Create and manage the product backlog, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Provide reporting on the current status of the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 year of experience in account management or project management.
• A university degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with task management system, managing project budgets, timelines, and reporting.
• Work experience in working simultaneously on multiple projects.
• Demonstrable experience in creating, managing, and delivering detailed plans and interdependencies to ensure successful project outcomes within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, willingness to learn and obtain new skills.
• PMI/Prince2/Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
• Fluent English – both written and spoken.
• Ethics, Teamwork and Positive attitude.
• Technical literacy in the IT field is considered an advantage.
