    Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze system specifications.
    • Collaborate with other QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
    • Defining functional test scenarios and quality assurance measures as well as supporting and coordination test activities.
    • Execute test cases and analyze results.
    • Evaluate product code according to specifications.
    • Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
    • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
    • Diagnose, research, and resolve technical and logical issues.
    • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
    • Provide comprehensive support to B2B and B2C company clients.
    • Become an expert on company products, main activities, and best practices in the field, to be able to answer support inquiries on a daily basis.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

    Requirements:

    • University degree in IT or relevant.
    • 1+ years of professional experience as a QA or/and product support.
    • Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
    • Experience gathering and documentation of business requirements.
    • Hands on experience in manual testing, test case writing and execution.
    • Good Knowledge of different testing types.
    • Understanding SDLC/STLC phases.
    • Experience with bug tracking and test managements systems.
    • Flexible, proactive, and structured way of work to deliver results.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, willingness to learn and obtain new skills.
    • Ethics, Teamwork and Positive attitude.
