Senior Delphi Developer

We are a team of result-driven people and our ace is the innovation, dedication, attention to detail, and profound knowledge of our customers. We are currently looking for an experienced Embarcadero Delphi developer to join our RND team. The perfect match for us is a person who will utilize his/her outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail to participate in the analysis and design of SoftGroup’s solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of software applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Make code reviews and coach team members
• Working with module-oriented architectures
• Responsibility towards the assigned work tasks and towards the team
• Ability to develop and complete tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing with Embarcadero Delphi
• Web Services (SOAP & REST)
• Good knowledge of XML
• Experience with RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, Firebird/Interbase) – T-SQL, PSQL
• Deep understanding of OOP model
• University degree in Computer Systems and Technology, Informatics, Mathematics or a related science
• Knowledge of development environment (TFS)
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
