    Position Overview:

    As the Head of Support, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving operational excellence within our support operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the support team;
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
    • Streamline support processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of support processes, making data-driven recommendations for improvement;.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and drive product/service enhancements;
    • Proactively identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty;
    • Provide coaching and feedback to support team members to enhance performance and uphold quality standards;

    Role’s requirements:

    • University degree in Insurance and Information technologies is a must;
    • Minimum of 4 years in leadership roles. Understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations is advantageous;
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Strong analytical abilities for driving process improvements;
    • Collaborative, adaptable, and supportive person. Capable of addressing complex issues and finding effective solutions;
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
