    Responsibilities and Goals:

    • Work in an agile environment and collaborate on a daily basis with senior management, R&D teams, sales and marketing management teams and experts
    • Take a leading part in the planning process and design meetings, as well as in project dailies
    • Overall responsibility for project management, product development and lifecycle management processes of the existing and new company products and solutions
    • Translate customer needs into product requirements
    • Assessed new product opportunities and further execution of company marketing plans
    • Constantly monitor, analyze, and improve the P&L of the products you are responsible for

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years Project/Product management experience (preferred with ERP products)
    • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
    • Relevant University Degree in Technical and/or Business management, and/or related strong experience
    • Advanced product/project management courses or certification (preferred)
    • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to understand customer needs, analyze requirements, identify possible gaps and come up with well-balanced product development features
    • Good understanding of financial terms and related product development concepts (CAPEX, OPEX, Business plan, P&L, etc.)
    • Proven knowledge and skills of successfully managed projects/products including project management, and product lifecycle methodologies and activities
    • Ability to identify, assess and resolve complex project issues and to mitigate the related risks in a timely matter
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, in particular team leadership and conflict management
    • Self-confidence in dealing with project management specifics and in broadly communicating information across the company
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
