    Job Description

    What you will be doing:

    Working within the ID&F Engineering and Delivery function of our Decision Analytics business, our Lead Delivery Analyst role is primarily focused on delivering software solutions to our clients.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining strong client engagement throughout all project engagements.
    • Undertaking software configuration activities across a variety of software suites.
    • Undertaking analytical activities to support clients with defect management.
    • Provide full support to clients throughout the lifecycle of a delivery project (Build, Test, Run)
    • Creating clear and effective documentation to support processes and procedures.
    • Contributing to a community of best practice and continual improvement.
    • Working independently or as part of a team, taking the initiative where appropriate.
    • Leading and managing a team of delivery analysts to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
    • Providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

    This role will enable you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills, working with some of the world’s largest organisations and helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions.

    Qualifications

    What you will bring:

    • Educated to degree level in a computing / analytical / statistical / mathematical discipline or relevant experience.
    • Fluency in English – written and verbal.
    • Strong prioritization and workstream management skills.
    • Ability to mentor and support others.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Highly motivated; consistently takes initiative; demonstrated ability to work independently, as a team and under supervision.
    • Drive, ambition, goal oriented and enthusiastic.
    • Working knowledge of JIRA & Confluence.
    • Experience of working in an agile KANBAN driven environment.
    • Facilitating Workshops/Meetings/Standups.
    • Stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in a LINUX or Windows environment.
    • Working knowledge of XML and/or JSON interface.
    • Experience of delivering software solution / configuring software.
