    Tsvetelin Stanilov is looking for a new team member.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform;
    • Develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation;
    • Establishing and maintaining the CMDB; managing data with import sets, updates sets and transform maps;
    • Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform;
    • Data Management and Quality Assurance;
    • Process analysis and automation;
    • Perform System Integration Testing;
    • User acceptance testing, transition and knowledge transfer to customers.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • Experienced in design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, CMDB;
    • Experienced in implementation, and customization of ITSM processes;
    • Excellent communication and client-relationship skills;
    • Basics in network technology (Router, Switches, Access Points,);
    • Basics in IP V4 and IP V6;
    • Experience in Health Check, Root Cause Analysis and error prevention;
    • Good experience in Java and JavaScript;
    • Good Windows and LINUX Knowhow;
    • Good Experience in MSSQL;
    • Fluent in English.

    ServiceNow skills required:

    • SERVICENOW ITOM (Discovery, CMDB (CSDM));
    • Administration and Configuration;
    • ITSM;
    • CSM, Service Portal.
