Oracle HCM Solution Architect

What’s this role about?

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?

• Work closely with business stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM , to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Provide technical expertise, support and guidance to the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation team.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems.
• Collaborates with Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value or ROI, within the context of the HCM domain.
• Directs, develops, and presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Create Proof-of-Concept projects to validate the solution.

What skills and experience do you need?

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience working as a solution architect.
• Experience implementing large scale solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud is a plus.
