Product Compliance Executive

Currently we are looking for a Product Compliance Executive to join our Product Team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with Product Managers to ensure the in-time delivery of compliance related features as per latest regulatory requirements and standards for all markets.
• Interprets regulations and helps Product Managers when translating into technical requirements.
• Conducts pre-audit compliance reviews of all new and existing products/ features/ jurisdictions against the relevant regulatory requirements or all markets.
• Builds and maintains relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to the organization.
• Assesses the impact of current and future regulations on our products and solutions in close collaboration with our legal and compliance teams and identifies the priority of product related compliance initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, capable of communicating in a professional manner across the organization and client base.
• Acts as liaison between all stakeholders, including executive management, 3rd party businesses, marketing representatives and R&D team, throughout compliance products’ lifecycle.
• Provides guidance on product development, compliance roadmap and ensures timely delivery of compliance products and features.
• Supports product when defining technical requirements for development teams in preparation for new market entry.
• Maintains up-to-date the compliance project catalogues (a.k.a. EPICs) on Jira by virtue of updating descriptions, managing re-assignment of contributors, changing workflow statuses, etc.
• Works closely with the Product and Technical teams to structure, maintain up-to-date and monitor the execution of compliance-related projects spanning a variety of jurisdictions.

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP

• Directly subordinate to the VP of Product
• Works closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
• Capable of successfully executing projects and finishing to completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, capable of communicating in a professional manner across the organization and client base
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Compliance or Compliance Manager role within the software industry.
• Previous experience in the Gaming industry an advantage
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in platforms such as Jira, Confluence and others
