Junior Automation QA

Responsibilities:

• Be hands-on in creating detailed, well-structured test plans and implementing automated distributed tests in Java
• Design, develop and maintain automation tests frameworks
• Work as part of a team in a dynamic and agile environment
• Automated and manual testing of developed applications (Web, API and SDK apps)
• Conduct root-cause analysis of identified defects, providing development teams with sufficient details to understand, replicate and resolve them
• Estimate and prioritize own testing tasks;
• Daily effort – 40% manual and 60% automation testing

About you:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Good in QA processes and methodologies, test plans, test case management, bug tracking systems, tools and procedures
• Knowledge of at least one OOP language – Java
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Web and API testing experience
• Experience in at least one RDBMS (PostgreSQL/ Mongo and etc.)
• Team player with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new things
• Plan, write, and execute automated test cases
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong self-organizing skills and ownership of deliveries
