As part of our new studio in Sofia which creates and designs online games for the gambling industry, the Game Producer and Studio Manager should take responsibility for creating mathematical models for slot games, balancing games to reach the required player experience, and validating games’ behavior with developers.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will…

• Provide detailed mathematical models for slot games and other game features.
• Offer detailed analysis and explanation of mathematical models.
• Develop game concepts.
• Validate and simulate mathematical models to ensure their intended functionality (with support from simulation developers).
• Troubleshoot with engineers on technical implementation of mathematical models.
• Keep a record of games and their simulations.
• Collaborate with game designers, engineers, compliance requirements, and other departments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Possess the ability and experience to create game math.
• Understand the successful elements of slot games.
• Develop and explore innovative functionalities for slot games.
• Contribute original ideas to the game logistic and game design team.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of combinatorics, statistics, and probability theories.
• Have practical knowledge of Java or C Sharp programming.
• Are proficient in MS Excel.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or programming or a higher degree.
