    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support to B2B and B2C company clients.
    • Become an expert on company products, main activities and best practices in the field, so as to be able to answer support inquiries on a daily basis.
    • Answer calls, emails and Live Chat messages from clients of the company.
    • Keep contact with colleagues from other departments and clients of the company regarding changes, requests, specific problems.
    • Participates in meetings and provides follow-up via outlined action lists.
    • Diagnose, research and resolve technical and logical issues.
    • Assist with navigation and use of company products.
    • Record accurate information and maintain detailed support tickets.
    • Provides general reporting and internal process support.

    Requirements:

    • University degree in Technical, Business, or related disciplines.
    • 1 year of experience in a product support or/and coordination-related position.
    • Organisational skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of using a variety of software packages (ref. Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, etc.)
    • Fluency in English.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, willingness to learn and obtain new skills.
    • Ethics, Team work and Positive attitude.
