Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our growing Monitoring team.

We program in Microsoft ASP.NET/SQL Server and PHP/MySQL. We work with various CMS systems such as Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico, BigCommerce, and WordPress, as well as being exposed to Datacenter Hosting Technologies, Virtual Private Cloud, Virtual Servers, and Cloud Services like Imperva and Cloudflare.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor server/network operations
• Perform the necessary steps to resolve any issues that may arise
• This includes working with Windows IIS web servers, Windows SQL database servers, email services, multimedia services, FTP/SFTP, DNS, antivirus, security patches, etc.
• Exposure to networking, security, and Hosting Best Practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic hardware and Operating Systems troubleshooting skills
• A passion for cutting-edge innovations and technology within the world of web hosting
• Very good command of English

WOULD BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:

• Have experience with monitoring practices, protocols, and systems
• Are familiar with the patching process, rebooting, and basic troubleshooting
