What are we looking for?

• Collaborate with customers to implement, manage, and customize APM/Observability solutions
• Work in accordance with DevOps principles to streamline processes and enhance system performance
• Provide expertise in Application Performance Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of IT systems by identifying areas for enhancement

What you need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, management, and customization of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability solutions for IT Systems
• Knowledge of one or more APM/Observability platforms on the market (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Instana, New Relic, Splunk, Elastic)
• Basic knowledge of middleware technologies (e.g., JBoss, Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic)
• Basic skills in one or more web development languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, PHP, Javascript, HTML)
• Fluency in English
