    Quantive is seeking a Professional Services Operations Lead in support of its scaling global consulting, delivery, and customer success business. This can either be a fully remote or hybrid working role.

    The Role

    As Professional Services Operations Lead at Quantive, you will have a unique opportunity to help shape our rapidly expanding global Professional Services and Customer Success organization.

    The Details:

    In coordination with the Global Head of Professional Services and Customer Success and cross-functional Quantive Leadership:

    Sales, Sales Pipeline and Resource Management:

    • Track and manage Professional Services demand pipeline and projections throughout the Sales Lifecycle
    • Conduct routine pipeline and resource management reviews for updates and coordination
    • Support and participate in the creation of high-quality proposals and statements of work to help close and win deals as needed

    Practice Operations and Scale:

    • Develop and maintain efficient, scalable operations and standard operational procedures
    • Define and deploy necessary governance frameworks
    • Identify opportunities to continuously improve Professional Services quality standards and client impact
    • Manage the resource and staffing needs horizon (internal and external resources)
    • Support Professional Services activities as it relates to new Product and Services launches and market-facing activities

    Professional Services Engagements and Artifacts:

    • Manage the engagement and client health review process
    • Support engagement closure process against required activities and quality standards

    Financials and Reporting:

    • Manage and maintain business unit financials and cyclical reporting
    • Simplify and streamline financial management and reporting

    Standards, Content Management:

    • Lead the coordination and development of content creation on identified topics, collaborating with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content aligned with business objectives
    • Create and maintain a user-friendly, centralized content portal for all engagement and other Business Unit-related artifacts
    • Manage Quantive community activities, event schedules, communications, and support strategies for greater engagement and growth

    What We’re Looking For

    To be successful in this role at Quantive, you’ll need to have:

    • 5+ years’ experience in managing business operations or similar roles; experience doing so within SaaS technology, large scale business or consulting firm is desirable
    • Familiarity with the software sales cycle
    • Strong MS Office skills and polished, presentation creation
    • Financial acumen and numeracy skills including spreadsheet modelling
    • Proven ability in Project/Program Management
    • Critical thinking:  Results-oriented problem solver with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a similar field
    • Well-organized with good time management and the ability to prioritize work
    • Stellar communication skills – verbal, written and listening skills
    • Resiliency and ability to cope with a fast-paced scale-up environment with an evolving operating model
    • Optimistic, “can do” approach to work with a problem-solving approach
    • Accountable
