Role Overview:

As the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery process of our products and services. You will lead a team of product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and exceptional quality. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our delivery strategy, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive delivery strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and client expectations.
• Refine and optimize the delivery process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and service leaders. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the delivery organization.
• Oversee the management of projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure that product and project deliveries are planned, executed, and monitored effectively, meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
• Act as a point of escalation for any delivery-related concerns and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure that projects are delivered with minimal impact on quality and timelines.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, such as on-time delivery, quality, client satisfaction, and team productivity. Regularly report on these metrics to senior management.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and best practice adoption.
• Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A proven track record of at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing project delivery in a product and services company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong background in project management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Scrum, etc.) and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for managing complex projects and navigating challenges.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in project management tools and software especially JIRA, Confluence, Miro etc.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend company events.
