The impact You will create:

• Design and develop a control plane system for managing API gateway configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with company security policies
• Implement automation for operational tasks, migration of data and infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams for usage and best practices of the API gateway

Experience and skills You will need:

• Networking Stack (OSI Layer): You’ll be diving into the intricacies of network protocols, routing, and security
• REST API Mastery: Working with RESTful APIs is second nature to you
• NGINX Reverse Proxying: You’ll configure and optimize NGINX for seamless traffic flow
• SSL Knowledge: TLS and mTLS
• Containerization with Docker: You’ll orchestrate containers like a maestro
• Kubernetes Wizardry: You’ll manage clusters, deployments, and scaling
• Troubleshooting Ninja: When things go haywire, you’re the one who untangles the knots

Nice-to-Have:

• Scripting Superpowers: Python, Bash, or JavaScript—pick your weapon
• Go Developer Extraordinaire: If you’ve dabbled in Go, we’re impressed
