What are we looking for?
Provide prompt and courteous technical support to clients and end-users via phone, email or chat in Italian
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, answer inquiries and assist with hardware and software-related issues, escalating complex cases to senior support staff when needed
Utilize a ticketing system to log, track and manage support requests, ensuring all issues are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide remote assistance by accessing and troubleshooting client systems or guiding users through issue resolution
Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high-quality support services and adherence to company standards
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, performance metrics and areas for continuous improvement within the support process
Collaborate with senior support specialists, colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to the improvement of support processes
What you need to bring:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills in Italian
Experience in resolving issues related to the following technologies: Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL and/or AWS
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
