What are we looking for?
Monitor daily technical processes such as data flows or risk calculations to ensure proper business operations
Incident, change, problem management for the Market Risk and Credit Risk systems
Run documentation management (audit and maintenance of existing procedures, redaction of missing procedures)
Run daily P&L BI reporting
Capture, document and fulfill service requests created by end users in accordance with procedures and SLAs
Document and maintain software functionality
What you need to bring:
2+ years of experience in finance or risk analysis
Familiarity with HTTP/FTP protocols and REST API best practices
