Senior Solution Specialist Risk

What are we looking for?

• Monitor daily technical processes such as data flows or risk calculations to ensure proper business operations
• Incident, change, problem management for the Market Risk and Credit Risk systems
• Run documentation management (audit and maintenance of existing procedures, redaction of missing procedures)
• Run daily P&L BI reporting
• Capture, document and fulfill service requests created by end users in accordance with procedures and SLAs
• Document and maintain software functionality

What you need to bring:

• At least 3 -5 years of solid experience in finance or risk analysis
• Familiarity with HTTP/FTP protocols and REST API best practices
• DB Knowledge (SQL; Oracle)
• PowerShell/Bash scripting
• Middleware knowledge: ESB and/or Apache Tomcat
• Understanding of Windows and Linux Server OS, VMware and other infra components
• ServiceNow (SNOW) and Azure DevOps (DEV Azure) or other ITSM tools
• Basic comprehension of Java code for debugging
• Fluent in English
