    Jordan Mladenov is looking for a new team member.

    As a Technical Support Engineer at A1 Bulgaria, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our video services. Join a dynamic team, work with innovative technologies, and enjoy a supportive and fun work environment while contributing to our customers’ satisfaction.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Maintaining the quality of video services related to IPTV, SatelliteTV, Cable TV, OTT, etc.;
    • Planning, creating, and administer all systems related to the company’s video services;
    • Monitoring, analyzing, and making the necessary changes to improve services if necessary;
    • Preventive detection and resolution of problems and quick decision-making to eliminate them;
    • Performing analysis and technical adjustments to improve services;
    • Mentoring and assisting in guiding of junior engineers;
    • Proactively participating in internal and external communication;
    • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • Higher education – Telecommunications, IT, or other similar specialty;
    • 2 year experience in a network/technical position;
    • Fluent English language skills;
    • Strong organizational abilities and the knack for setting priorities.;
    • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

    Nice to Haves:

    • Experience with telecommunication network technologies;
    • Good knowledge related to IPTV, DVB-S, DVB-C, and OTT services;
    • Skills in IP, Linux, and scripting;
    • Good German language skills;
