Role Overview:

Manage, control and organize the technical and technological process regarding implementation, configuration and contingency policy of Financial Management Systems, primarily SAP. Contribute to the establishment of a clear approach towards the users of the systems within the Company and Company’s distribution network.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Overall responsibility for the design, plan, implementation and maintenance of certain Finance Management Platforms, primarily SAP and Applications used to support business needs of the Company
• Work with Internal SAP team members and  key users to assess and elaborate business requirements and build technical solutions
• Analyse the business process and create proposals for the implementation of new functionalities, solutions, modules or systems, which improve its efficiency
• Keep up with the latest developments of the systems, planning and carrying out the functionality
• Perform project management and coordination of the approved projects in regards to technical expertise
• Create interface specifications
• Organize and monitor the technical and technological process of Financial Management systems implementation
• Organize and plan tests and test’s scenarios of the financial application systems end-to-end
• Implement IT Best Practices and Standards

What We Expect From You:

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in SAP with expertise in modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PI/PO. Experience in Fiori and SAP S/4 HANA is advantageous.
• Experience First: Your extensive hands-on experience in analyzing and implementing financial business requirements in SAP is crucial.
• Organized Planner: Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure seamless project execution within the SAP ecosystem.
• Presentation Pro: Showcase your exceptional communication and presentation skills, delivering impactful messages to various stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Be a collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Charm: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
