Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Focus on remote desktop services such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, MS Terminal Services, VMWare Horizon and related products such as Citrix ADC, Citrix AppLayering, Citrix PVS, Ivanti Application Control and 2 FA SecurEnvoy;
• Identifying security issues pertaining to our customers and A1 internal system;
• Keeping our systems up to date and handle reported problems;
• Independent scheduling of appointments and communication with our customers on a daily business;
• Documenting all activities via the Change-Management-Process.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Several years of technical experience in the field of remote desktop services;
• In-depth technical knowledge of profile management (Ivanti, Citrix UPM), 2 FA solutions (SecurEnvoy) and basic services such as Powershell Scripting, XenServer, Hyper-V, Databases, FsLogix, Network (DNS, DHCP,..);
• Experience in building, migrating and performing remote desktop services in the Enterprise Business segment;
• Determination, a secure approach with professional communication techniques coupled with a high degree of customer and service orientation;
• Good English skills – both written and spoken.
