    With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a CS & Sales Representative with German.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing online troubleshooting and assisting the customers with any query that arises through available communication channels (email and chat);
    • Providing an excellent level of service and making sure that the customer’s request is answered and assisted accordingly, in order to contribute to an excellent customer experience with us;
    • Achieving up-sales, conversions and decline solutions by chat and phone calls;
    • Performing proactive phone calls to customers according to predefined segments;
    • Reporting to the relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate content and troubleshooting;
    • Staying fully up-to-date with all of the company’s Guidelines, Policies and Procedures and being up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting our players as requested by management;
    • Willing to know the business in depth by being involved in projects and task groups;
    • Reporting VIP and regular customer escalations in a timely manner;
    • Managing personal mission reports on a daily basis;
    • Following the guidance of his/her direct Manager or the Department Lead;
    • It is a busy team, so you’ll enjoy a fast-paced environment working to agreed targets;

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
    • Previous experience as a Customer Services or Sales representative – a must;
    • Additional language will be considered an advantage;
    • Previous experience in the Gaming or CFDs industry– an advantage;
    • Experience in the Sales domain – an advantage;
    • Results oriented;
    • Ability to cope with various tasks and to react under pressure;
    • Very good Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools);
    • Good technical troubleshooting skills;
    • Team Player with a positive, “can do” attitude;
    • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and multicultural environment;
    • Ability to work on flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, as well as potentially on a 24/7 working time
