Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.

As the Cloud Service Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and performance of the CDC (Cloud Delivery Center) infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Your daily routine would include:

• Maintaining Infrastructure Reliability: Ensure the continuous and optimal performance of the CDC (Cloud Delivery Center) infrastructure. Implement best practices and industry standards for reliability and uptime;
• Migration Support: Provide expert guidance and support for migration projects, using existing templates and proven methodologies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal service disruptions.;
• Operational Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operational tasks. Enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention in routine processes;
• Demand Process Management: Handle and optimize the demand process for cloud resources. Align resource provisioning with business requirements and the cloud strategy;
• Incident Management and Self-Healing: Incident management efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal service disruption. Implement self-healing mechanisms to proactively address potential issues;
• Monitoring and Alerting: Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure components. Respond promptly to alerts and take corrective actions as necessary;
• Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to enforce security policies and standards. Ensure infrastructure compliance with industry regulations and best practices;
• Capacity Planning: Monitor resource utilization and plan for capacity scaling as needed. Optimize resource allocation for cost-efficiency;
• SLA Reporting and Monitoring: Maintain and report on service-level agreements (SLAs) related to reliability, response times, and costs. Continuously monitor and improve SLA adherence;

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management and reliability engineering;
• Strong experience with Linux/Cloud infrastructure – installation, configuration and maintenance;
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud platform;
• Strong ability to solve problems using code and scripting;
• Experience with Docker containers orchestrating (K8S/OpenShift);
• Experience as an SRE or DevOps;
• Experience with incident management, monitoring, and alerting tools;
• Experience with Azure DevOps / GitHub;
• Understanding of ITIL/DevOps processes and routines;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Crossplane;
• Experience with Argo CD;
• Experience with Exoscale.
