    With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Senior UX/UI Designer.

    The specialist on this role will be leading the charge on our company-wide initiatives, working in close collaboration with product managers, CRM, Acquisition, and cross-functional teams.

    Your mission is clear: craft an exceptional user experience by translating user requirements into elegant, user-friendly design solutions.

    Here is a glimpse of what your role entails:

    • UI Interaction Design
      • Champion the collection and assessment of user requirements, leveraging your experience to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
      • Collaborate in product prototype design, elevating software user experiences. Your designs should enhance user engagement and ease of navigation.
    • Crafting Aesthetic Excellence: 
      • You will be the visionary behind the visual identity of brands. Your role involves meticulously shaping the overall style to create a compelling user experience.
      • Create compelling design narratives through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps that align with user objectives.
      • Identify and resolve UX challenges, including responsiveness enhancements.
    • High-Fidelity Design: 
      • Produce high-fidelity UI design assets that seamlessly translate into front-end development, ensuring pixel-perfect page rendering, showcasing site functionality and aesthetics.
      • Design and refine graphic user interface elements, spanning menus, tabs, and widgets.
      • Engineer seamless navigation components, ensuring effortless user journeys.
      • Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes that generate original, visually captivating graphic designs, encompassing images, sketches, and tables.
    • Design Guidelines: 
      • Develop and maintain UI design specifications to ensure consistency across our product range.
      • Continuously refine and enhance existing designs to meet evolving standards.
      • Exhibit expertise in adhering to style standards, encompassing hierarchy, layout, fonts, colors, proportion, balance, typography, and imagery.

    Requirements

    • Design Mastery: 
      • Exhibit a strong aptitude for visual artistry, applying your creative skills to design the brands
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design for online casino is required.
    • UI Proficiency: 
      • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator (AI), and wireframing tools like Figma is essential.
      • Previous experience in speech software interface design is a plus.
    • Multi-Platform Familiarity: 
      • Be well-versed in design standards for various platforms, including web, iOS, and Android.
      • Understanding front-end code and fostering effective communication with front-end developers is advantageous.
    • User-Centric Approach: 
      • Apply a user-centered design philosophy, with a strong grasp of user experience principles.
      • Collaborate seamlessly with the product team to provide innovative design insights and solutions.
    • Product Thinking: 
      • Possess a holistic view of product design, contributing to the development of a product that not only looks great but also delivers an exceptional user experience.
    • Communication and Collaboration: 
      • Strong teamwork skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
      • Self-motivated, with the ability to efficiently manage your time and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
      • Proficiency in video creation.
    • Detail-Oriented: 
      • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that your designs meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
    • Responsibility: 
      • Approach your work with a strong sense of responsibility, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional design solutions.
