Nadia Ivanova-Spasova is looking for a new team member 

We are seeking an experienced specialist for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Unit to be part of the IAM Solutions function. This virtually organized function is a part of future Identity and Access Management organization, as a separate module within IT Enterprise Competence Center, part of IT Business and Corporate A1 Austria.

Your daily routine would include:

• Ongoing operation of IT services focused on Identity & Access Management group management system (IDM) – end-to-end service responsibility: integration, database, operating system and application layer;
• Configuration of the IDM system, target systems onboarding & integration and adjustment with the stakeholder’s current requirements;
• Maintenance and the installation of updates/upgrades and patching of IDM system;
• Implementation of basic scripting for integration and automation;
• Troubleshooting of technical problems, Health-Check monitoring and incident management;
• Support technical end users;
• Ensure pro-active lifecycle, change and security management.

We’ll know you can make it, if you have:

• Knowledge of IT service lifecycle management processes – development, testing, deployment, incident & change management, and backups;
• Good experience and knowledge on the operation and maintenance of data bases (DB2, etc.);
• Experience in IDM Solutions- maintenance and system integrations;
• Good knowledge on the operation and maintenance of servers and applications;
• Good experience with scripting languages (SQL, Bash, etc.);
• Basic technical understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.), directory services (LDAP, RADIUS etc.);
• Basic networking skills;
• Fluent English.
