Your challenges will be:
Meetings and communication with merchants and potential partners
Understanding the specifics in their use cases and correlating them with the functionalities and services we offer
Assist partners and merchants with any technical inquiries they might have
Keep track of ongoing project and their progress
Enter each project with its specifics in an organized and structured way in our CRM platform
Your Profile
Good technical understanding of the core concepts
Good communication skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
Good organizational skills
Excellent command of English language
